To stay in good standing, wholesalers must refrain from marking down new products for the first 3 months following a new product's release.

Wholesalers must also not exceed Rokimoto’s own markdowns during promotional periods like Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Order Minimum: Our minimum wholesale order is one (1) master carton

International Orders: No orders outside of the United States, Canada, & Mexico will be accepted at this time.

Merchandising: To stay in good standing, accounts need to clearly present as a business-to-consumer enterprise that carries a variety of brands.

Exclusivity: At this time, territory exclusivity cannot be guaranteed and is subject to change.

Account Approval: Please note FUNMAKER reserves the right to approve or deny all wholesale applications.

Account Revocation: FUNMAKER reserves the right to revoke account access for customers who fail to pay invoices.

We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Unfortunately, FUNMAKER cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions. Read more about shipping here.

As soon as your order is processed and packed you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status. Read more about shipping here.

We are currently not offering shipping outside the United States.

All items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If you have received damaged or imperfect merchandise, please email
wholesale@funmaker.fun as soon as possible so we can exchange your items.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

We are unable to offer terms or payment by check, only pre-payment is accepted at this time

We are unable to adjust products and quantities on orders that have already been placed.
